Community website

A themeable website for your community, rendered on your Citadel subdomain or your own custom domain — with a full content system behind it, no code required.

Create one

Subscribe to the Website plan (or start a trial) from Billing. The service is provisioned automatically and appears under Services.

Theme

Open the service (or Website → Theme) to set your identity:

  • Hero — title, subtitle, and an optional background image.
  • Primary color — your accent, used across the site and storefront.
  • Sections — add Text, Cards, or CTA blocks to the home page, reorder, and remove. (An "edit raw JSON" toggle exists for advanced use.)

Changes are saved instantly and reflected on your live site.

Pages

Build custom pages under Website → Pages from blocks — hero, text, cards, CTA, gallery, FAQ, divider. Each page gets its own URL on your site, can be published or kept as a draft, and can be excluded from search engines.

Guides, authors & changelog

  • Guides — long-form posts (rules deep-dives, how-tos, announcements) written in Markdown, with tags and cover images.
  • Authors — bylines for your staff writers.
  • Changelog — a running list of server updates players can follow.

Navigation & modules

Website → Navigation controls your site's header links and which sections (store, guides, changelog, servers…) are visible at all — so the site only shows what you actually use.

Servers

List your game servers on the site under Website → Servers so players always know where to play.

Legal & community pages

Every site ships with sensible defaults for terms, privacy, refund policy, FAQ, rules, and team pages — Stripe-compliant out of the box, editable from the dashboard.

Connect a custom domain

In the service's Basics card, set your custom domain, then point it at Citadel with a DNS record:

A    @    45.45.237.63

Until a custom domain is set, your site is served at https://<your-slug>.sites.citadel-hub.com. HTTPS is handled for you.

Your store and site

If you also run a player store, it's served at /store on the same address (e.g. https://<your-slug>.sites.citadel-hub.com/store).
