A real-time ops console for your whole fleet. Player dossiers that surface alt accounts before you ban the wrong person. Support tickets your staff can actually work, automated restart warnings, and perk delivery that keeps running while you sleep.
One thing goes on your game box and it is ours — a server-side mod your players never download. No RCon password to hand over, and no third-party subscription in the middle.

Citadel is one brand for game-server communities — start with what you need and add the rest when you’re ready.
The console: a live map, the player roster, the admin toolkit, and a support queue your staff can work from anywhere — the product you're looking at now.
Learn more →One Discord bot you invite. Killfeed, chat relay, leaderboards and a ticket panel, scoped to your servers. No application to create, nothing to host.

Add @CitadelAdmin as a server mod and paste in the Server ID and key Citadel issues. Server-side only, so your players download nothing. No RCon password, no ports to open.
Population, map and version straight away. The live map fills in as players connect, with the roster beside it.
Invite Overwatch to your Discord for killfeed, chat relay and a ticket panel. Tickets are answered from Discord or the console — both sides see the same thread.
Point your own store at a signed webhook and perks deliver themselves — queued while the server restarts, retried until they land, never granted twice.
// the console
A live map with players, vehicles and tracked world objects, and the roster beside it. Open anyone for their record on this server, every name they have used, and other accounts that have shared an address with them. Kick, ban, message or broadcast without leaving the map.
Console docs →// support
Players open a ticket from a panel in your Discord and get a private thread. Staff answer there or from the console — both sides see the same conversation. The queue leads with how long the oldest unanswered ticket has waited, because that is the number that loses you a player, not how many are open.
Ticket docs →// connect your server
Install @CitadelAdmin and paste the Server ID and key into the Citadel Server Manager — no secrets shared, switched off from your own box whenever you want. LB Core: paste one generated Api.json entry and restart. The console flips to connected the moment your server first checks in, and tells you when it last did.
Getting started →// built for money
Most relays hold grants in memory — if a purchase lands while your server is restarting, it simply evaporates and a paying player gets nothing. Citadel queues every grant durably: it waits out the restart, delivers on the next poll, requires your server to confirm it applied, and retries until it does.
And when something genuinely can’t deliver, the order says so in your dashboard — honestly — with a one-click re-push. Never a silent “delivered”.
// everything else
Players, vehicles and tracked world objects in real time, with the roster beside them. Click anyone for their record, aliases, and accounts that share an address.
Kick, ban, message a player or broadcast to everyone. Teleport, heal, spawn, wipe AI, set the weather — whatever GameLabs exposes on your server, rendered from its own catalog.
Six categories, a private thread per ticket, and one queue your staff work from Discord or the console. Staff complaints are admins-only, by design.
One Discord bot you invite — no application to create, nothing to host. Killfeed, chat relay, leaderboards, server status and the ticket panel, scoped per server.
A themed storefront with Steam sign-in, purchase history and a live servers page — $10/mo plus 5% per sale, into your own Stripe. Already have a store? Keep it and post one signed webhook instead.
Your restart schedule, warned in-game on a ladder you choose. Handles your timezone and daylight saving, so a 6am local restart stays 6am local.

No, and that is the point. Keep whatever you already run. Citadel is the automation layer behind it, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing new for your players to learn.
No. Our mod and the Server Manager poll Citadel over HTTPS, so nothing connects inbound to your machine and no password changes hands. LB Core works the same way.
The grant waits in a durable queue and delivers when your server reconnects, then reports what actually happened. A restart is the normal case, not an edge case, and a paid perk never evaporates in one.
DayZ, deeply — through our own mod and LBmaster's LB Core, which is what most communities already run. The fulfilment API is open, so anything that can send a signed HTTPS request can drive it.
Because we read it back. A mod can accept a grant, silently drop a field it did not recognise, and still answer OK — so Citadel writes the perk, queries what was stored, and compares. Delivered and applied are not the same thing, and only one of them is worth selling.
Anytime, and you do not need us to do it. Turn the Ops link off in the Server Manager, or pull the mod, and everything stops immediately — no ticket, no notice period, no contract.
