Terms of service

You need an account to run servers through Citadel, you are responsible for what happens under it, and the credentials it issues (server keys, integration keys) are yours to keep secret. Tell us if one leaks and we will rotate it with you.

Subscriptions bill through Stripe and can be cancelled any time; access runs to the end of the period already paid. The Server Manager is a one-time purchase delivered as a licence key. If something we billed did not work, tell us — refunds for genuine failures on our side are not an argument.

Citadel is for administering DayZ communities you actually run. Do not use it to harass players, to process data on servers you have no authority over, to probe or overload the service, or to break Bohemia Interactive's or Valve's own rules. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your configuration and your players' game data stay yours. What we collect and for how long is on the privacy page. If you leave, ask and we will export or delete your organization's data.

Citadel is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it up and truthful, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not affiliated with Bohemia Interactive; DayZ is their trademark.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new date, and for material changes we will tell signed-in owners in the console. Questions: tickets.citadel-hub.com.
