Citadel

Everything Citadel does.

85 features, grouped, each marked with what it costs. 66 of them are part of the free console, at any number of servers. Everything on this page is live today.

The Server Manager is a one-time $19.99 Windows app for a machine you control. A few features need it, and they are marked.

Live operations

What is happening on the server right now, and what happened an hour ago.

Server metrics: players online, server frame rate and items in the world, with charts for the last day and retention figures.
Live mapFree
Players, vehicles and object layers by name: territory flags, base parts, tents, stashes, barrels, wrecks, bodies and world events. Each layer on its own switch.
Workspace boardFree
On a wide screen the map, roster, selected player and event feed are panels you drag, split and zoom. The layout is kept in your browser. Phones get a fixed board built for finding one player fast.
Zones you drawFree
Circles, rectangles and polygons around a base, a town or an airfield, named, and usable by rules.
Movement history and replayFree
Pick a time range and scrub through where players went, with kills, zone entries and airdrops on the trail. Tracks are kept for seven days.
Heat layers and kill mapFree
Where players spend time and where fights happen, drawn over the map.
Live chatFree
Every in-game channel in one stream, with admin commands marked so you can pick them out.
ActivityFree
Raids, item movement, combat, sessions and admin actions recorded by the mod, with positions.
SearchFree
Any player, any place and radius, any hour. Results copy out as plain text for a reply.
LeaderboardsFree
Kills, K/D, longest kill, headshots, playtime, deaths and longest life, for this wipe, seven days, thirty days or all time. Click a row for the player's record.
MetricsFree
Population, server frame rate, entity counts, wildlife and weather over time. When your community plays, in your own time zone. Retention by week.
World actionsFree
Weather, time of day and other server-wide actions, taken from what your server's mods publish.
Restart warningsFree
Enter the times your server restarts and players are warned in game on a ladder you choose, with daylight saving handled.
Restart, stop and startFreeNeeds the Server Manager
Restart now or after a countdown, stop, start, or cancel a pending restart. It tells you how many players will be disconnected first. Optionally restart after a set number of hours up.
Setup and DiagnosticsFree
A checklist of what is configured, and a screen that names what is broken and says where the fix is: on the game box or on our side.
Update-day pre-flightFree
After a DayZ update, each Workshop mod is marked not updated, restart to load, not found or up to date. On a rented host, paste your mod IDs once.

Moderation

Acting on a player in one or two moves, and leaving a trace the rest of the team can read.

The Bans screen: the organization's ban list with the reason, who enforces it, when it was placed and when it expires, with CSV and JSON export.
Kick, ban, message, broadcastFree
From the map, the roster or a player's record. Through the mod, so no RCON password is involved.
In-game actionsFree
Heal, teleport, spawn items and vehicles, move or delete objects on the map, relocate an event. The list comes from what your server's mod supports.
Your own ban listFree
One list for every server in the organization, with temporary bans, import and export. Enforced on the game box by the mod.
Watched playersFree
A list of who to hear about the moment they connect, with the reason beside it.
WhitelistFreeNeeds the Server Manager
Who may join, read from and written to the file the server actually enforces.
Moderation inboxFree
Ban appeals and player reports in one queue, with a count in the menu. Each one waits until somebody on staff decides.
Ban appealsFree
An optional public appeal form on your community page. Staff read the appeal beside the ban and uphold or lift it. The player follows the decision on a private status page.
Player reports from chatFree
A player types !report with a name and a reason in game and it lands in the inbox, with who was online and where. Off until you switch it on.
Inventory and container contentsFree
Read what a player is wearing and carrying, or what is inside a tent or stash, with condition and quantity. Every read is in the audit trail.
Saved teleport placesFree
Name the spots you send players to, save one from the map, and teleport to it from the player menu.
Notes, flags and claimsFree
Notes on a player with an expiry, flags the roster shows, and a claim that says you are handling this one.
Compensation kitsFree
Saved loot presets and grants, defined once from what the server can actually spawn, then handed out from a player's record.
Save an inventory as a kitFulfilment, $15/mo
Turn what a player was carrying into a compensation kit. The screen says what carries over and what does not.
Audit trailFree
Who did what, and when. Actions that cannot be undone ask first.

Automation

The things a moderator would otherwise have to be awake for.

Chat and name filters: the chat filter in watch mode with its word list, the action it would take and the message a player would see.
Rules engineFree
Act on kills, chat, connections, base damage and zone entries. A rule can kick, ban, message a player or post a line. A cooldown and an hourly ceiling limit how often it fires.
Watch modeFree
Every rule starts by only watching. It records what it would have done, and you read that before switching it on.
Zone-aware rulesFree
Limit a rule to inside a zone, skip a zone, or fire when a player enters or leaves one.
Chat filter and name filterFree
Word lists for chat and for player names, with the action and the message a player sees. No rule to write.
Timed messagesFree
Broadcasts on a repeat or at set times of day, held while nobody is online.
Welcome messageFree
One private message shortly after a player connects, on their first join or every join.
Chat command repliesFree
Define your own, like !rules or !discord, answered privately or to everyone, with a cooldown.
Outage alertsFree
One alert when a server goes offline or its link goes quiet, and one all-clear. Scheduled restarts stay quiet. By email, or to Discord with Overwatch.

Player intelligence

Who somebody is on your server, and what the record says about them.

Search results: kills, base damage, joins and admin actions for the last day, each with a time and a map position, and a Copy for a ticket button.
Player directoryFree
Everyone the server has seen since it was connected, online or not: playtime, sessions, kills and deaths, and names used.
All-servers player viewFree
Search every server in your organization at once, one row per player, with where they were last seen and for how long.
Player recordFree
Combat, accuracy, hit zones, weapons, looting, survival and distance travelled, with the actions you can take beside it.
Aliases and linked accountsFreeNeeds the Server Manager
Every name an account has used, and other accounts that have shared an address. A shared VPN exit is graded weak.
Anti-cheat signalsFree
Speed, teleports and hits landed while facing away, on the board, the record and Activity, with an evidence pack you can copy.
Raids, reconstructedFree
One entry per base per raid: who took part, what they used, how many parts fell, how long it lasted, and whether the owner's side was online.
Kill detailFree
Weapon, distance and cause of death on every kill, and hits by body zone.
Discord to Steam linkingFree
Players link their Discord account to their Steam account, so a Discord name on the board names the right player.
HistoryFree
Admin actions are kept for 180 days, kills and raids for 90, most other events for 30, and item movement for 14.

Economy and mods

DayZ Expansion and LBmaster, read and shown as they are on your server.

The Market screen: what traders paid out and took in, money created, traders used and ATM movement over seven days, with the money held in accounts charted.
Loot economyFree
Your types files against vanilla for your map: added, missing and changed, by category. Then against what players actually pick up.
Expansion MarketFree
What traders paid out and took in, which items and traders carry it, and where the money supply is heading. Built from Expansion's own logs.
Expansion config editorFreeNeeds the Server Manager
Settings, market categories, traders, zones and quests, edited on the game box. A bad value is flagged before you save, and every version is kept.
Expansion basesFree
Territories, parties and garaged vehicles, and the fixes for who owns what. Fixes work with the player offline and are recorded.
Expansion on the mapFree
Territory flags with how far they are raised and whose group holds them. Trader zones, safe zones, ATMs and traders arrive as layers with the next Citadel Admin update.
LBmaster config filesFree
Read and edit LBmaster's config files from the console, with history.
LBmaster ban syncFree
Import LB bans, or keep both lists in step in both directions.
LBmaster on the map and in the feedFree
Airdrops by crate type, group tags on territory flags, and LB webhooks landing in your activity.
LBmaster banking, read onlyFulfilment, $15/mo
Balances, the richest accounts, a ledger and the ATM list, read from Enhanced Banking's own files and its webhooks. Citadel never edits money.
LBmaster suite health and adminsFulfilment, $15/mo
Which LB mods are installed, which files LB could not read, and the admin roster with its ranks.
LBmaster groups and garagesFulfilment, $15/mo
Group rosters against their limits, and what each player has parked. New, and read only.

Discord

The Discord screen: add the bot, run /connect, enter the one-time code, with the connected Discord server shown.
KillfeedOverwatch, $9/mo
Kills posted to a channel you choose, per server, with Kick and Ban buttons for your staff roles. Every use is recorded.
Feeds to a Discord webhookFree
Post kills, chat, joins and more to a plain Discord webhook, with your own embed title, text and colour and a test button. No bot to add and no plan needed. The Overwatch bot adds Kick and Ban buttons on the messages.
Chat relayOverwatch, $9/mo
In-game chat into Discord, and messages typed in Discord into the game.
LeaderboardsOverwatch, $9/mo
Posted automatically on a schedule you set, per server.
Server status panelsOverwatch, $9/mo
A live panel with population and state, edited in place rather than reposted.
Event routesOverwatch, $9/mo
Choose which channel each kind of event goes to: kills, joins, chat, placements, raids, watched players.
Staff commandsOverwatch, $9/mo
Slash commands for your staff roles, scoped to your own servers and written to the audit trail.
Raid messages to the base ownerOverwatch, $9/mo
When a raid starts and when it ends, the owner and their group get a direct message through the Discord account they linked.
Fair-play feed in DiscordOverwatch, $9/mo
Every staff action that touches the game, posted to a channel your community can read.

Community

What your players and the players you are recruiting can see.

Community page settings: the public address, tagline, Discord invite, rules, and switches for the leaderboard and recent kills.
Community pageFree
A public page with which servers are up, how full they are, the next restart, the leaderboard, recent kills, your rules and your Discord. Off by default. Never Steam IDs, addresses or positions.
Fair-play admin logFree
A public page listing staff actions for the last 30 days. Rows are written before the action runs and cannot be edited. Staff appear by role and a short handle.
In-game notificationsFree
Staff messages, broadcasts and restart warnings show on screen with a title. On an Expansion server they look like Expansion's own.

Store

Cosmetics and queue slots only. Citadel never delivers gear, currency or anything that changes the fight.

The LB Core screen: connected servers, a perk queued for a player with Send and verify, ban sync, and what the mod said back.
Fulfilment webhookFulfilment, $15/mo
Keep your own store and post one signed webhook. Citadel does the granting. No cut of your sales.
LB Core cosmeticsFulfilment, $15/mo
Chat prefixes, clan tag colours and skin permissions on any linked server.
Priority queue and whitelist grantsFulfilment, $15/moOnly when the game box can write those files
Time-limited entries that extend rather than replace, so a monthly perk can send the same grant every month.
Durable queueFulfilment, $15/mo
A grant made while the server is down waits, delivers on reconnect, and retries until it lands.
Read-back verificationFulfilment, $15/mo
Citadel queries what the mod stored and compares it with what was sent. Delivered and applied are reported separately.
Never twiceFulfilment, $15/mo
One order grants once, however many times the webhook retries.
Hosted storefrontStore, $10/mo + 5%
A themed store at its own link with Steam sign-in, purchase history and a live servers page. Stripe Connect into your own account. You are the merchant of record.
